Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and cart total, most orders are eligible to free shipping in the US, Canada and Europe

If a product is in stock, we will ship it within 24h

If you only have a PO box, please let us know.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. Generally 2-8 business days.

We will send you a return approval number, just add it to the packing slip you got with the order and ship it back to us!

When returning items, please remember these two rules:

Return it within 30 Days:
If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size or style, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange on your order.


Return New Items Only:
Returned footwear & clothing must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, and stains. Please make sure the tags are still on the product.

The original shipping charge if any will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was sent may be refused or subject to a 5$ restocking fee.

A return approval number will be issued to all authorized return/exchange requests, please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.
