Yes! XL EXTRALIGHT® is an eco friendly material, so is the factory where they are produced, and all the excess material is recycled into new products instead of going to the landfill. We also use no wasteful packaging, and for shipping we use biodegradable cornstarch mailers instead of wasteful boxes. 🌽 

If you hesitant between two sizes, we recommend you sizing down because our flip flops are made on the bigger side. 

Every shoe maker uses different sizing and conversion from US and European sizes, but we actually have a printable PDF file on our sizing page which you can print to determine your perfect fit if you are not sure! And not to worry in all cases because, unlike shoes, a flip flop fit is forgiving so even if it’s not your exact perfect size it will fit just right. 👣

The round dot on the big toe is the injection point. Just like human, fruits and vegetables to name few, we all have a point of creating from where we were separated at birth! But not to worry, unlike the belly button it will disappear after few weeks of wear!  

No it is not! it probably happened during shipping, you can just blow dry it at reasonable heat and they will pop back to shape! That is if you don’t prefer to hang outside on a sunny day and let Mother Nature fix that ☀️  

Sometimes during shipping the strap gets bent a bit if the package is mishandling during transit since we use biodegradable mailers instead of wasteful boxes, but not to worry, they will take back shape on no time, and if you want to accelerate that you can just blow dry it at reasonable heat and they will pop back to shape!

We will send you a return approval number, just add it to the packing slip you got with the order and ship it back to us!

When returning items, please remember these two rules:

Return it within 30 Days:
If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size or style, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange on your order.


Return New Items Only:
Returned footwear & clothing must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, and stains. Please make sure the tags are still on the product.

The original shipping charge if any will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was sent may be refused or subject to a 5$ restocking fee.

A return approval number will be issued to all authorized return/exchange requests, please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.
