Shady palm trees, warm and clear water, white sand and good surfing waves make this hamlet a favourite with locals, particularly on the weekends.

The idyllic coastal hamlet called Mullet Bay has a relatively quiet beach, especially during the week. There are few rocks and the bay is sandy and idyllic. The water is warm and crystal clear with a rolling surf within paddling distance. Enjoy a range of watersports, relax in the shade of a palm tree or sip on a tropical cocktail from one of the beach bars.

Loterie Farm

Loterie Farm can be found nestled in a beautiful tropical forest at the foot of Pic Paradis, the highest point on the island. Built in 1773, it is a former sugar plantation which closed down in 1855. Nowadays it is a real gem of biodiversity and refreshing greenery, and home to a number of protected species of plants and animals. In the heart of a hidden forest, beyond the Rambaud district, the casual chic atmosphere of Loterie Farm makes it a great place for outdoor activities.

For a nice cool drink or a bite to eat, the Jungle Bar and Jungle Room are at your disposal. You’ll enjoy delicious cocktails, a selection of tapas, and Caribbean-style fast food. In the peak season, the Jungle Bar opens daily from 11am.

On the last Saturday of each month, its deck becomes a dance floor for the Treehab Pool Party. From 4pm onwards, you’ll be entertained by the island’s top DJs. The pool fills up with people dancing and wriggling their hips to the beat of techno and house music.

Croissant Royal

Croissant Royal is a great place to grab breakfast or lunch at Marina Royal, Saint Martin. First and foremost, the croissants are OUT OF THIS WORLD. It would be a crime to visit SXM and not try them at least once.

Don't be mislead by the name, this is not a luxurious or overly fancy kind of place. It's warm, friendly, clean and reasonably priced, with a quick turn around and high quality food with a great view of the Marina.
